HuntMountain Resources Appoints Tim Hunt as President
(SPOKANE, Wash.) The Board of Directors of HuntMountain Resources Ltd (OTCBB: HNTM) has
appointed Mr.Tim Hunt to resume the position of company President. Jim Sabala is leaving to pursue
other employment opportunities.
Stated Mr. Hunt, Chairman and CEO, “I have every confidence that our management team will
continue to execute our business plan in 2008 and beyond. The strategy includes aggressive
exploration programs on gold/silver properties in North and South America with our focus on the
prolific Deseado Massif region in Santa Cruz, Argentina, where our exploration team has over 25
years of experience.”
The La Josefina gold-silver project is an advanced stage exploration property consisting of a 528
square-kilometer area located near the center of the Deseado Massif region of Patagonia in Santa
Cruz province, Argentina. The property encompasses a zone of epithermal alteration and
mineralization one to three kilometers wide and more than ten kilometers in length. The Deseado
Massif is an emerging epithermal mineral region with abundant precious metal occurrences. The
region currently hosts three producing mines, several deposits being readied for production, and a
growing number of projects in advanced stages of exploration.
